Your experience
In my course you will learn how to cook typical Roman dishes such as the famous homemade fettuccina, potato gnocchi, typical fried foods such as artichokes alla giudia or zucchini flowers, and the classic Tiramisu.
I will personally guide you through all the steps between laughs and tastings. It will be an exciting experience in a family environment where you will be immersed in a classic Roman home. At the end of the course I will provide you with recipes with the process of what you will have cooked so that you will not forget anything and can practice whenever you want with your friends!
