  • White pizza with...
  • Carbonara kasher
  • Tiramisù

Every country you visit, so many customs you find! Every Italian household has its own traditions passed down from generation to generation. So, if you want to taste a stuffed white pizza or a variant of the iconic carbonara, join me at my home in a neighborhood rich in history, where we'll get our hands dirty together. Then, accompanied by a good glass of wine, we'll savor the result.

Moreover, depending on the season, I can propose other family and regional recipes because in my kitchen, everything is constantly changing!

It was a very fun afternoon. I picked up a few tips, learned a few new recipes, and thoroughly enjoyed the company.

Maria Carla
Cesarina from 2020Location: Rome    Languages: English and Italian
Maria Carla was born in Umbria, but has lived in Rome for many years, in the Monteverde Vecchio district, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the center. Our Cesarina in the kitchen rediscovers family recipes, adapting and modifying them according to the rules of kasherut (the different Jewish culinary habits). "The recipes I propose are all very attentive, both to seasonality and to the choice of raw materials; I can certainly say that my cuisine combines tradition and health."
