We are Marco and Michela, and we can't wait to help you discover the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine, from homemade pasta to the most beloved desserts. We will cook side by side, preparing different types of pasta and the famous tiramisu, sharing interesting facts and secrets that you can recreate at home. You will also get to taste the queen of Roman recipes: the wonderful Cacio e Pepe. Between stories of history and useful tips, you will enjoy a tasty and unique experience that will make your trip to Rome unforgettable.

Our evening with Marco and his wonderful family was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends into their home. The experience of making fresh pasta and tiramisu was not only fun and hands-on, but also filled with laughter and warmth as Marco and his family guided us through each step with patience and passion.
We started the evening with a glass of Prosecco, which set the perfect tone for a relaxed and joyful night. After preparing the pasta and assembling the tiramisu, we all sat down together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Sharing a meal with Marco, his wife, her brother, sister, and nephews, felt less like an Airbnb experience and more like an authentic slice of Italian family life.
The food was absolutely delicious, the wine flowed generously, and the conversation and connection made the evening unforgettable.

We were a group of 5 people and booked this event with Marco. It was a pasta course with tiramisu for dessert.
The course was the highlight of our trip. Marco was an excellent host and we learnt so much. Starting with an appetiser, we made pasta and gnocchi; we then had both - even with an extra sauce for the vegetarian - for dinner with homemade tiramisu. Prosecco wine and lots of conversation.
It was an afternoon like spending time with old friends, with lots of fun and delicious food. We can only recommend the course with Marco and would book this course again at any time.
