    Join me to prepare a simple and tasty menu, perfect for Sundays or to surprise friends. I will welcome you to my home, located in the picturesque Piazza delle Sette Chiese, one of Bologna's most iconic and charming squares. We will begin by preparing classic tagliatelle, dressed with a richly flavored tomato sauce. Next, we will cook a pan-fried meatloaf, an easy and delicious dish that will delight everyone, young and old, using only a pan and three carrots. We will end with a special dessert that will leave you speechless. I am waiting for you to share a unique culinary experience together!

    My mom and I had the most unforgettable experience with Paola during our private cooking class in Bologna. From the moment we arrived, Paola welcomed us into her beautiful home with such warmth and hospitality—it truly felt like visiting a longtime friend. With the help of the amazing translator, Anna, Paola patiently guided us through making authentic pasta from scratch, delicious ravioli, and the most heavenly tiramisu. Every step was hands-on and full of laughter, and we learned so much about traditional Italian cooking along the way. Paola’s passion for food and hosting shines through in everything she does. This was easily one of the most special and memorable parts of our trip to Italy. We can’t recommend this experience enough!

    Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Die einheimische Paola war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung haben wir direkt gestartet um Tiramisu, Spinat Ravioli gefüllt mit Mortadella-Ricotta-Spinat in Salbei Butter und Tagiatelle mit originalem Ragout zuzubereiten. Mit einer Gruppe von & Leuten konnten wir gut in der Küche arbeiten und jeder konnte sich einbringen. Als Tipp haben wir Paola mitgegeben mit italienischer Musik fur das richtige Feeling zu sorgen. :) Wir konnten viele tolle Eindrücke sammeln und empfehlen die Aktivität auf jeden Fall weiter. Die Rezepte haben wir auch erhalten um alles nach kochen zu können. Das Ragout hat Paola bereits am Vortag vorgekocht, da es lange zum köcheln braucht.     Our experience was booked from 10:00-1:00. I would have liked to have been told to park outside of the historic city center and walk to the meeting point. This lead to a late start. You will have an interpreter if you are English speaking. We made 3 pastas which was a wonderful experience and were able to enjoy each one in Paola's beautiful apartment. If you're on a time table this is not the experience for you. We went over 2 hours longer. It was truly an immersion into Italian cooking. Paola allows you to take part in the mixing and rolling of the pasta dough and allows you to fill and put together the pasta. It would have been wonderful to have a print out of the recipes. We enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal with accompanied wine.
