"I love traditional cuisine and I am passionate about leavened, especially the Neapolitan pizza made with my sourdough, with which I make fragrant breads, of any kind of flour". At her table flavors of sea and land, recipes of the culinary tradition of Sorrento, fragrant and tasty.

- The experience with Alessandra was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested. The warmth and hospitality and generosity was far beyond our expectations. The setting was truly stunning and the food and refreshments were delicious. Many ingredients were grown in their personal gardens and orchards and all the other ingredients were local, fresh, and top quality. We felt completely satisfied with the experience overall and will remember it for years to come. And we look forward to attempting the Napoli style pizza recipes at home as well. - Our family group of 9 had a fantastic time learning traditional Italian cooking from our wonderful chef Alessandra. She was knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed our evening learning and then eating at Alessandra’s beautiful home. Alessandra and her family made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely keep in touch and hopefully enjoy another class during our next trip to Sorrento!❤️
- This was by far the best day of our Italian vacation. Alessandra was incredibly thoughtful and caring in everything she did with us. She took us to the best vegetable market fish market, bakery and cheese store in Sorrento! The only thing I can say is make sure you start your day hungry because she will feed you everywhere along the way. She taught us a lot and we had a great time doing it. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to take a cooking class. She was the best!
