During our cooking class, we will prepare three recipes passed down through my grandmother's notebooks. All of the ingredients we will use come from trusted local suppliers. However, my commitment to cooking doesn't stop at ingredient selection. I love to pay attention to every detail of my table, from the tablecloth to the utensils and glasses, which I choose based on the wines that will pair with our dishes. Pasta is a fundamental food in Italian cuisine and I want to teach you how to make it at home, with my traditional recipes.We will start with tagliatelle, I'll show you how to prepare the dough from which we will obtain the tagliatelle, and then we will move on to the preparation of the sauce. The second dish we will prepare will be ricotta and spinach ravioli, a stuffed pasta that is highly appreciated throughout Italy. I'll reveal all the tricks to obtain a thin and soft pasta, and I'll show you how to prepare the filling for your ravioli. Finally the dessert: the famous Tiramisù. This spoon dessert is a classic of Italian cuisine and we will learn together the original recipe, with all the essential ingredients.

In una casa d'epoca di fine '800 situata in Crocetta, zona centrale di Torino a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nuova, cesarina Francesca ci accoglie alla sua tavola curata nei minimi particolari. Oltre a servire buon cibo, infatti, ama dedicare particolare attenzione alla scelta della tovaglia, delle stoviglie e dei bicchieri, rigorosamente scelti in base al vino. In questo corso di cucina vi propone un'esperienza attraverso i sapori della cucina piemontese. Inizierà insegnandovi a preparare la classica bruschetta piemontese, detta soma d'ai, e il vitello tonnato, accompagnati entrambi da un buon vino bianco piemontese. Successivamente inizierà ad insegnarvi a preparare i gnocchi di patate e la salsa ai formaggi per condirli. Per concludere con la preparazione del bonet.
