Hi from Maria Carla!

Maria Carla was born in Umbria, but has lived in Rome for many years, in the Monteverde Vecchio district, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the center. Our Cesarina in the kitchen rediscovers family recipes, adapting and modifying them according to the rules of kasherut (the different Jewish culinary habits). "The recipes I propose are all very attentive, both to seasonality and to the choice of raw materials; I can certainly say that my cuisine combines tradition and health."

: Non potremo mai dimenticare la calda accoglienza di Maria Carla, le chiacchiere e il pranzo squisito ben accompagnato da ottimo vino. La compagnia del marito Marco e di Maggie ha rallegrato ulteriormente un'esperienza che ha superato ogni più rosea aspettativa. : It was a very fun afternoon. I picked up a few tips, learned a few new recipes, and thoroughly enjoyed the company.
: Maria and Mario were amazing hosts and welcomed us into their home. Maria patiently helped us learn to make 3 fabulous pasta. We dined on their terrace and enjoyed fruits of their garden. What a wonderful evening!
