Oggi vi riporto in tavola alcuni dei piatti che furono serviti al banchetto nuziale di Caterina. È interessante notare che grazie a Caterina, la "salsa colla" fu introdotta in Francia, destinata a diventare l'antenato della celebre béchamel. Caterina credeva fermamente nelle proprietà afrodisiache di molti alimenti, tra cui il cardo, lo scalogno, le zucchine, il sedano, il carciofo, i funghi, le fave e le cipolle. - Donatella was very hospitable, gracious, and professional. We had the time of our lives and learned to make several dishes. In the end, we were able to each our masterpieces and left absolutely full! She is a wonderful hostess and chef!
