Faremo insieme un menù dall'antipasto al dolce: pizza fritta napoletana come antipasto, la classica pizza al pomodoro e mozzarella, uno sfizioso gnocchetto di pasta pane al filetto di pomodoro, non può mancare una focaccia di verdure e per finire dolci ravioli alla marmellata di nespole fatta in casa spolverizzate di zucchero a velo. La mia casa sotto i portici di Bologna vi aspetta per passare insieme una bella serata con le mani in pasta, semplici ingredienti che si trasformeranno in piccoli capolavori della tradizione, soprattutto contadina italiana.

- Cooking with Giovanna was one of the best, most authentic experiences we've ever had in Italy. Giovanna taught us how to make the best pizza dough, Focaccia bread and then also some other traditional Italian dishes with the leftover dough! Along with this, she taught us how to make an incredibly tasty tomato sauce and a lovely, fresh greens filling/topping for Focaccia. The experience included wine throughout and was hosted in Giovanna's beautiful home, along with her very friendly and helpful translator. I can honestly say you haven't visited Italy properly unless you've cooked with Giovanna. My wife and I had the best time. Thank you Giovanna!!

We had the pleasure of learning how to make two different types of pasta and the most delicious tiramisu. Giovanna was an incredible instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about Italian cuisine. She made the whole experience fun and engaging. The hands-on approach allowed us to really get involved and understand the techniques and history behind each dish. On top of that, she hosted us in her beautiful historic apartment from the 1700s, which was a special experience that felt warm and welcoming. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the tiramisu was simply the best we've ever had. Giovanna also provided us with great tips and recipes to take home, so we can recreate these amazing dishes in our own kitchen.
