    Scopri i sapori autentici dell’Emilia con tigelle e tagliatelle fatte in casa! Impasteremo le tradizionali tigelle e prepareremo il pesto modenese. Poi gusteremo le tigelle con salumi, formaggi, salse e confetture locali. Realizzeremo insieme la pasta fresca: stenderemo la sfoglia col mattarello e taglieremo le tagliatelle al coltello, secondo tradizione. Dopo la cottura, ci godremo i piatti preparati accompagnati da ottimi vini come Lambrusco o Prosecco. Concluderemo con un tiramisù fatto da noi e un buon caffè. Ti aspetto nella mia casa sui colli bolognesi, immersa nella natura, per un’esperienza culinaria tipica, genuina e anche vegetariana su richiesta!

The hands-on portion was where Roberta truly excelled. She patiently guided each of us through the pasta-making process, offering personalized attention and gentle corrections. Her encouraging approach made even first-timers feel accomplished as we transformed simple ingredients into beautiful pasta. Roberta's expertise was matched only by her kindness and hospitality. She answered every question thoughtfully and shared stories that connected us to the cultural significance of the dishes we created.     My daughter and I had the most incredible experience in all of our travels! The cooking class with Roberta was like a fairytale. She welcomed us into her home to teach us how to make pasta, tiramisu, and gelato. She even shared other phenomenal dishes she made like her mortadella mouse and ragu! All the food was SPECTACULAR! Her passion for cooking is second to none. Roberta was very warm and personable and made this experience one that we will never forget!

    Amo la mia cucina in quanto spazio e luogo di lavoro. Adoro mettere le mani in pasta per creare sfoglie e frolle, una passione che trova la sua ispirazione nelle tradizioni culinarie della Toscana e dell'Emilia-Romagna. La mia cucina è un connubio di questi due mondi. Dalle classiche lasagne e tagliatelle alle autentiche pappa al pomodoro toscana, la mia tavola è un viaggio attraverso i sapori tradizionali di queste regioni. Non mancano mai il tiramisù e i biscotti di Prato, immancabili per concludere il pasto, magari accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino santo. La mia cucina è il riflesso del mio amore per la tradizione e della gioia nel condividere questi piaceri gastronomici con gli altri.
