- Alfredo and Tamara are wonderful people and so knowledgeable about food. We felt very welcomed into their home and we had an exceptional afternoon with them. - While on a recent trip to Florence, we booked a cooking session with Cesarine. We had the opportunity to spend an evening with Tamara and Alfredo at their lovely home; they are great hosts! The food, as well as the company, was great! I can’t wait to make these dishes myself.
- Tamara and Alfredo were the best! Alfredo was the best chef and made learning how to make the three different kinds of pasta so easy to follow. They were both so hospitable and fun, it was like having your own Italian grandparents teach you! We would recommend them a hundred times! Tamara is so sweet she took a bunch of photos for us and is sending us the recipes we made together for us to attempt to recreate at home!
