- Our family had a great time with Andrea and Marta. They were very knowledgeable about Italian recipes and took the time to teach us how to make some of the fun dishes. Food turned out yummy and time went by so quickly. We highly recommend this class to folks when they visit Bologna.
- We had such an enjoyable afternoon making pasta and tiramisu with Marte. Aside from thoroughly savoring what we created, Marte was just so gracious and kind as we shared stories of food, culture and family.
- Marta was an excellent hostess as she shared their family pasta recipes with us. We made three different pastas with the same dough and each one was delicious. We couldn’t even eat all of the food as we were too full! The homemade bread, pizza and tiramisu that she provided was also a treat A very relaxed atmosphere and felt like we now have a friend in Bologna. Andrea provided us also with valuable information for dining in Bologna and a full list of recipes. Highly recommend this experience while visiting this City.
- Went to a cooking class hosted by Andrea and Marta whilst travelling through Bologna on a family holiday and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are such fun and friendly people who certainly know how to cook! The class was brilliant at taking us through the steps of pasta making and was very informative about Italian culture as well. It also happened to be my mine and my mum's birthday so they presented our tiramisu's with candles on them which was such a lovely thing to do. Anyone on holiday in Bologna should definetly do this course.
- We had a wonderful time learning the basics of pasta and in particular Bolognese cooking.Andrea and Marta gave an insight to life in Bologna. I would recommend anyone whether an experienced cook or a beginner to give them a visit.
