Hi, I am Roberta! Originally from Campania, I have been living in Rome for many years. I love to take my guests to discover the soul of Rome through local markets and share the rich Italian food culture by teaching them traditional recipes from all over the world.
I will welcome you to my Roman home, where I will reveal the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine. Together we will prepare traditional dishes, from antipasto, to fresh pasta and later you will learn how to prepare the famous Italian dessert: tiramisu. I will be waiting for you!

- We did our cooking class with Georgia in her wonderful home . We did it for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip! She made sure we felt comfortable and we learned so much . The food was beyond amazing and I’m still dreaming about it . Can’t recommend this experience enough ! Thank you
- Roberta and her daughter were great hosts! The apartment and table setting were charming, and fog Nemo was cute. The food was delicious! We expected a demo of the cooking. That's the only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, a lovely way to spend our evening in Rome.
- This was our first experience with something like this so we can not compare it but it is for sure not the last one. We were surprised and thrilled by how good and comfortable we were greeted by our hosts to their lovely home. The mother who is not speaking english perfectly and daughter who is fluent was perfect combo because mother was talking in italian and we found that beautiful because we could enjoy the sound of this amazing language. If you ask me Mum doesn't need to speak english because her main language is cooking and food. The food was very delicious and we had plenty to eat, we had 4 corses and not enough space in our bellies. We loved the energy throught out the whole night. Roberta is a real italian mum who knows how to welcome the people in her home and make their bellies full of delicious food and drinks and the daughter really knows how to make a nice family atmosphere and we could talk about lot of different subjects, of course at the same time she was Mums right hand in kitchen. We will never forget this experience because of this two beautiful women and their delicious dinner.

I perfectly remember my grandmother Lucia every morning in the kitchen and the smell of the sauce already being cooked that spread throughout the house. I soon understood that cooking is one of the acts of daily love that I am able to unite and, precisely for this reason, I began to experiment not only with the family cuisine, but also that of other regions. Living in Rome, which, in addition to being a city rich in history, is also full of local markets, I have the opportunity to enrich my dishes with fresh and genuine products".
