The course will start with the preparation of the dough for crescentine and tagliatelle. While the dough rests, we will prepare the dessert. We will then roll out the dough for crescentine and egg-based tagliatelle, which will be cut and cooked. The crescentine will be fried and served as an appetizer, accompanied by cured meats and cheeses. Depending on the menu choice, traditional or vegetarian, the tagliatelle will be served with ragù or a vegetable sauce, both previously prepared by me.

We had an amazing pasta workshop with Paola. We made 3 kinds of pasta and they were all delicious. We are vegatarian but that wasn’t an issue. Paole changed her recipes to delicious veggie recipes. She was very thoughtful, patient and hospitable. She even made us extra food such as foccacia, delicious tiramisu and other starters. 100% recommend! Thank you again Paola!
