Shared Experience
Your experience
Our lesson will begin with the preparation of the dough for the crescentine and tagliatelle. While the dough is resting, we'll dedicate ourselves to preparing the dessert. Following this, we'll roll out the dough for the crescentine and the egg pasta for the tagliatelle, which we'll then proceed to cut. The crescentine will be fried on the spot and served as an appetizer, accompanied by cured meats and cheeses. Depending on the chosen menu, traditional or vegetarian, the tagliatelle will be dressed with a delicious ragù or a vegetable sauce, both previously prepared by me.
I look forward to seeing you!

- A truly beautiful experience, which went far beyond simply learning how to make tortellini. ❤️ Paola welcomed us with hospitality and professionalism, and we were able to connect with her right away. She told us a bit about herself and her experiences, but she also wanted to get to know us, creating a very spontaneous and familial atmosphere. She patiently taught us how to make tortellini, explaining which tools to use and all those small details that make the difference. While we ate the tortellini we prepared with our own hands—which were exquisite, to say the least—we stopped to talk and shared a bit about ourselves. Paola was truly helpful and even told us that we can contact her in the future for any doubts or advice. We took home with us the art of creating tortellini, the taste of Bolognese tradition, and many beautiful moments pleasantly shared. Thank you Paola, it was truly a pleasure meeting you. ❤️
- Paula was wonderful, she shared her experience and was easy to follow. Food turned out amazing and to finish the best tiramisu ever.Thank you Paula
- My son Sean and I were completely thrilled with the cooking course at Paola Terzi's home. On the agenda were tagliatelle, tortelloni, and tiramisu – all freshly homemade. Paola designed the course in an extremely professional manner and with great attention to detail. You can tell at every moment how much passion Paola puts into her courses. The shared meal at the end was simply excellent, and the personal, very interesting exchange with Paola rounded off the experience. Paola is an excellent cook and an equally warm hostess. We can recommend the course without reservation and will certainly be happy to return. Thank you very much for this wonderful afternoon!
- Paola was a great teacher and she had always a very good energy! First, we started with the crescentine/piadina dough and after that, the pasta dough. After that, we made tiramisú and then we finished piadina and the tagliatelle! The salume, cheese and wine she gave us with piadinas were delightful. She told us many tips and was very patient. We 100% recommend this experience!
- We had a lovely 3 course meal at Paola's house. The weather was very hot, and it was lovely to find some shade in Paola's garden. Paola was very kind and helpful, and served us some lovely food and wine. Afterwards, Paola followed up with an email including the recipes for all the meals that she cooked. We were very happy with our experience, and would highly recommend it to others interested in doing something a little different.
