A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, an oasis of tranquility where I will guide you through a unique experience dedicated to the typical Bolognese aperitivo.
During these 3 hours together, we will prepare traditional Bolognese tigelle, piadina romagnola and pesto modenese and then enjoy them together with cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and squacquerone, cold cuts such as mortadella, sauces and jams. We will taste everything accompanied by carefully chosen local wines such as Prosecco or Lambrusco. We will also prepare tiramisu, which we will enjoy at the end of the meal along with a good coffee.

From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo.
