Learn how to make real lasagna bolognese and discover all the secrets of this iconic recipe! We'll start with a welcome drink, enjoying a glass of Prosecco. Then we'll get down to business: I'll guide you through the preparation of the egg pasta sheet, which we'll roll out with a rolling pin as tradition dictates, the béchamel sauce and the classic Bolognese sauce, cooked slowly to bring out all its flavor. Once ready, our lasagna will go into the oven and, when golden brown and irresistible, we will taste it together, accompanied by a selection of local wines. To end on a sweet note, we will enjoy a creamy homemade fiordilatte gelato, enhanced by the unmistakable Fabbri black cherries! I'll be waiting for you in a location with attention to the smallest details in the hills of Bologna!

- Our cooking class with Roberta was so much fun. We had a great three hours cooking two types of pasta, sauce and tiramisu. Roberta was patient, great at giving us lots of helpful tips and was so hospitable. She took the time to get to know us and offered us some choices on the day based on the things we like.
