Hi, I am Roberta! Originally from Campania, I have been living in Rome for many years. I love to take my guests to discover the soul of Rome through local markets and share the rich Italian food culture by teaching them traditional recipes from all over the world.
I will welcome you to my Roman home, where I will reveal the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine. Together we will prepare traditional dishes, from antipasto, to fresh pasta and later you will learn how to prepare the famous Italian dessert: tiramisu. I will be waiting for you!

- I can't say enough about this experience me and my family enjoyed this so much. We felt so welcomed and comfortable in their home. The cooking experience was wonderful. We also found amazing their knowledge and appreciation of the food and explained everything to us. We absolutely loved Giorgia and Roberta and of course Nemo (not sure if spelled right the cutest dog)
- Roberta's daughter was the one teaching the cooking class, and she was awesome! We made tiramisu and pasta from scratch. She also made bruschetta for us, as well as various drinks. As the digestivo, she had some very interesting home made bay leaves liquor that was quite refreshing. Overall, it was a beautiful home and we felt so welcome and had so much fun. I would give 6 stars if I could. :) It was definitely a highlight of our Italy trip. By the way, she studies something very cool, and knows a lot of Italian history. Ask her about it :)
- Giorgia was amazing!! We had such an amazing time learning how to cook pasta, red sauce and bruschetta! We tried her mother’s limoncello as well and it was amazing. Would recommend her to anyone visiting Italy!!!

I perfectly remember my grandmother Lucia every morning in the kitchen and the smell of the sauce already being cooked that spread throughout the house. I soon understood that cooking is one of the acts of daily love that I am able to unite and, precisely for this reason, I began to experiment not only with the family cuisine, but also that of other regions. Living in Rome, which, in addition to being a city rich in history, is also full of local markets, I have the opportunity to enrich my dishes with fresh and genuine products".
