- Our time with Rosa was simply perfect! She welcomed us into her apartment like old friends, and we really felt as if an Italian relative was teaching us their cooking secrets. She was encouraging as well as instructive. Breaking bread with her at the end of the lesson felt so natural. Getting to hang out with "Tony Tony" added to the pleasure of the afternoon. We hope to come back and have another lesson in Bologna with Rosa!
- We had such a wonderful evening at Rosa’s house! We made delicious Italian food, and meanwhile we had nice conversations with Rosa about life in Bologna and all kind of other subjects. The recipes were easy to make and inspiring to try at home. It was so special for us to have the opportunity to meet Rosa, rather than having dinner in an anonymous restaurant. Thank you so much for welcoming us in your house!
- Cooking with Rosa was the highlight of my visit to Bologna. She welcomed us into her home and by the time we left we felt like family. Rosa's guidance was brilliant, and helped to produce the best pasta we have ever tasted. The little extras - making bruschetta for us and sharing wine - made this feel like an intimate gathering of friends. We love you Rosa!
- We spent the evening with Rosa from Bologna and we would like to congratulate her for her amazing welcome, cooking class but also cooking skills! It was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to spend some time with Rosa! We will re-do it!
- I loved my cooking class with Rosa. She made me feel right at home and we had fun making pasta, tiramisu and piadina. If you want a coming class that shows you some classic Bolognese food in a friendly, unpretentious setting this is for you.
