To start, we will get to know each other and I will welcome you with a welcome drink of mortadella mousse, taralli, bruschetta or homemade pizza, accompanied by a good glass of prosecco.

Then we will move on to the heart of the experience: we will prepare the dough for tagliatelle and ravioli together. Next, we will devote ourselves to preparing the ravioli filling as we put a delicious tomato, sausage and rosemary ragout to cook. To conclude, we will make tiramisu together, which will rest in the refrigerator waiting to be enjoyed.

We had a wonderful and relaxing Saturday afternoon in Roberta’s beautiful home. Her Kitchen was well appointed and impeccably organized. She began by offering us a small apertivo and then the class began. Roberta was patient and thoughtful in her approach to teaching us our recipes. We will be back to Bologna again hope to see Roberta. Highly recommend her.
