In this culinary experience, we will appreciate the authentic flavors of Puglia. Armed with aprons and rolling pins, we will prepare the legendary Pugliese focaccia with different ingredients, including the classic tomato version and a mix of vegetables. We will also make fresh pasta, which we will season with seasonal ingredients.
We will taste everything together, sipping a glass of typical local wine. There will be complimentary appetizers, and Gio will set up a themed table to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel at home.

- A truly delightful dinner, a real journey into the authentic flavors of Puglia. Mrs. Giovanna welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism, immediately making us feel at home. Every dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients and a lot of passion: from the handmade orecchiette to the flavorful traditional appetizers, up to the genuine dessert that tasted of home. An authentic culinary experience, rich in aromas, flavor, and tradition. Absolutely to be repeated!

- I gave the pasta course with Gio to my partner as a birthday present and the evening exceeded all our expectations. Giovanna has a lovely little flat where she gave us a very warm welcome. Everything was perfectly and lovingly organised and prepared and even a colleague of Giovanna's was there to help with the translation from Italian to English (thanks again, Angelica!). We made two types of pasta that evening which tasted wonderful and also had a great aperitif and excellent tiramisu, along with lots of helpful tips for making pasta and staying in Rome. Always happy to return!

We received as strangers in her well appointed home, she made you feel like family. Her class was so well organized, and thoughtful that we left feeling like we could cook an Italian meal on our own. From the beginning of the class, she was encouraging and modeled different ways to make our meal. She then offered a unique and diverse beautiful spread of appetizers and complementary wine, pairings and infused water that really satisfied the pallet. The ambience felt like you were walking into a party curated just for you from matching tablecloths and wine goblets to a complementary color scheme. Giovanna made you feel like Family.
