    Wednesday? Evening get-together! I look forward to welcoming you to my home for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing! Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.)

    November 5: Ravioli with butter and melted egg yolk November 19: Passatelli with garlic and mushrooms Together, we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine. The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

    My wife and I took a cooking class in Bologna with Marta and Andrea, and it was amazing. They were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We learned how to make lasagna from scratch and finished with a delicious tiramisu. The class was hands-on, fun, and easy to follow. Marta and Andrea were great teachers and made the whole experience feel personal and authentic. We also loved sitting down together to enjoy our meal and share stories. If you’re in Bologna we highly recommend this class. We had a blast and left full and happy!
