Learn about Italian cuisine and the secrets to preparing traditional and authentic dishes.

We will start with fresh ricotta balls with mortadella, sprinkled with chopped pistachios or hazelnuts. We will make hand-kneaded potato gnocchi together, topped with "butter and gold," the classic tomato sauce of Emilia Romagna. And to finish, a spoon dessert: tiramisu, also available in a chocolate version, without coffee. I will teach you all the tricks to make this delicious menu that you can easily replicate at home. We will enjoy it together, accompanied by local wine, in my attic room just a few steps from the center of Bologna. Possibility of dining on the terrace during the warm season.

We had an amazing experience with Annamaria ! Her recipes along with her patience and training were all fantastic. We felt so comfortable in her home that after our delicious dinner together we felt as if we were simply dining with good friends. Since getting home from our trip we have made our recipes on our own! Thank you for an amazing and unique experience. Oh…..And her English was appreciated also ! :)

AnnaMaria was amazing , the whole experience was fantastic, yes the cooking class was more than I expected, but getting to have dinner with her and Francesco in their lovely terrace was the highlight of the evening. AnnaMaria was absolutely amazing. She taught us 2 pasta dishes and a dessert! Time was of no essence to her which was wonderful as we spoke about their culture, family history and foods. We learned a lot and we come from a history of owning our own restaurants. Worth the cost. I highly recommend this class in Bologna.
