Welcome! We’ll greet you with a smile and a good cup of coffee, then we’ll get straight to work. Together, we’ll prepare one of the best-known and most loved desserts: a delicious tiramisu. We’ll start with the classic coffee-flavoured version and experiment with some possible variations, such as fruit or pistachio. We’ll also try out different ways of serving it: in a small bowl, a coffee cup or a small glass. During the cooling-off break, we’ll have a chance to have a natter and get to know each other a little better. At the end, you’ll get to taste everything, accompanied by a nice glass of wine. Shall we begin?
