    A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, where you can enjoy a unique culinary experience! In three hours, you will learn how to make tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù like a real sfoglina. You will discover the secrets of fresh pasta making, working the pasta sheet with a rolling pin, a symbol of Bolognese tradition. We will begin with a welcome appetizer, followed by the preparation of the ragout and noodles. After cooking the dish, we will taste it together, accompanied by selected local wines. We will end with a homemade dessert and a good coffee! My home, elegant and welcoming, is also accessible to people with reduced mobility. A perfect opportunity to discover Bolognese cuisine in an environment with attention to detail!

    My husband and I had such an amazing time with Roberta. She was so wonderful to us and was such a fabulous teacher. All the food turned out delicious and whenever we return to Bologna we will definitely have to come back for another lesson!
