Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the lesson

Private Experience
Your experience
  • Toasted homebread with roman vegetables
  • Pasta with cremy beans
  • Special roman apple pie

A fresh and flavorful menu featuring typical Roman products, easy to prepare, different from the usual traditional dishes yet still authentic. It will be fun to prepare old-fashioned pasta soup in my kitchen and create soft fruit tarts. You'll smell the aroma of toasted bread and learn how to sauté chicory with garlic and oil following the best Roman culinary tradition. A mix of tastes and flavors that create a uniquely Roman harmony in the kitchen and at the table. You'll enjoy what we've prepared together, seated at a flower-filled table, either in an elegant dining room or in a lush garden right in the heart of Rome, just steps away from St. Peter's.

Angelica was super nice and very helpful with our cooking class. She invited us into her beautiful home and then served us the delicious meal that she helped us make. I would love to cook with her again!

Angekica was a wonderful host and teacher. I really enjoyed my Italian cooking experience with her and look forward to cooking when I get home to New Zealand. Wonderful evening with a lovely lady, and her son. Thank you 🙏

Angelica is incredibly kind and patient. My husband and I loved learning the tips and tricks for cooking, as well as chatting with Angelica. It was refreshing to have a home cooked meal while traveling. Angelica’s home was lovely, and our experience was very pleasant!

Very sincere communication and a pleasant time while cooking. I really liked how we discussed not only food, but also culture, traditions and everyday life. I made pasta in a very unusual way. At the end, we talked in the garden. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I highly recommend it.

"I’m very greedy and curious. I grew up in family homes with grandmothers, aunts and housekeepers who spent most of the day, especially on holidays, preparing lunches, dinners and typical dishes so I learned to cook early. I also had the good fortune to have a family with very different regional origins and so I learned typical recipes of the Neapolitan cuisine, Irpinia, Trentino, Tuscany, Sicily and of course Lazio and Rome, those of my land."
