A fresh and flavorful menu featuring typical Roman products, easy to prepare, different from the usual traditional dishes yet still authentic. It will be fun to prepare old-fashioned pasta soup in my kitchen and create soft fruit tarts. You'll smell the aroma of toasted bread and learn how to sauté chicory with garlic and oil following the best Roman culinary tradition. A mix of tastes and flavors that create a uniquely Roman harmony in the kitchen and at the table. You'll enjoy what we've prepared together, seated at a flower-filled table, either in an elegant dining room or in a lush garden right in the heart of Rome, just steps away from St. Peter's.
