I will welcome you in my kitchen, in the house inside one of the oldest nurseries in Pistoia, with a homemade welcome drink. I will teach you my family recipes. You will learn how to make cappelletti, a homemade egg pasta filled with ricotta and parmesan that you will taste dressed with butter and sage. Then you will learn how to make strozzapreti, a short homemade pasta made with water and flour that we will dress with vegetables from the garden. We will conclude by making tiramisù, one of the most famous Italian desserts. If the weather is fine, you can spend part of the event in my garden.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a cozy meal together, accompanied by a nice glass of wine. A relaxed, personal, and tasty experience that is definitely recommended!

- On August 18th, we took a fresh pasta class with Luisa Ghetti (Luvi), and it was simply fantastic. We completed the entire cycle: transforming flour and eggs into dough, kneading, preparing, cutting, and best of all, sitting at the table and eating the result of our work. You could have finished with a nice Tuscan wine, but since I was driving, water was enough. The conversation flowed wonderfully, about plants, our lives, and a little bit of everything. It was an incredible experience in a dream kitchen, where we felt like we were living a true Italian moment in the heart of Tuscany. We loved meeting Luisa and learning that she is involved in numerous incredible activities, such as writing books. Thank you so much, Luisa.
