Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

During this cookery class, you will learn to prepare two recipes: tagliatelle and tiramisu.
Under my guidance, you will learn how to make the dough, roll out the pasta and prepare fresh pasta following my family’s recipe.
Each participant will have their own workstation and will be actively involved; you will be provided with an apron and a recipe booklet explaining the recipes, ingredients and steps.
We will also prepare a delicious tiramisu together from my family recipe book.
At the end of the course, you can relax at the table and enjoy your creations, whether it’s lunch or dinner, with drinks included (local wine, water and coffee).
