We will be happy to welcome you into our home and guide you in the preparation of gnocchi, served with ready-made pesto and basil sauce, and potato fritters according to our grandmother's recipe, who once ran a restaurant in Trastevere. We will start with an Italian aperitif to get to know each other, then we will knead the fresh pasta and fritters together, which you can easily recreate thanks to the written recipes we will give you. Finally, we will taste what we have prepared together. We look forward to seeing you!

The scent of grandma’s kitchen is what stays in our hearts forever” – this is our motto! We like to think of ourselves as “heirs of tradition”: we carry in our hearts and in our cooking everything we learned from our grandmother Marcella, a Roman for seven generations. With love and patience, she passed down the secrets of the recipes she used to prepare in her restaurant in Trastevere, the beloved “Golippo.” Lasagna, gnocchi, carbonara, amatriciana, meatloaf, beef rolls, peas with prosciutto, roasted potatoes, Jewish-style artichokes, tiramisù… These are the dishes we love to serve to create moments of conviviality and cultural exchange, always with a smile and a warm welcome. Today, we’re also enriching our table with new inspirations, introducing elements from Ayurvedic cuisine – offering food that nourishes not just the body, but also the spirit and soul. Through our cooking and hospitality, we share who we are and where we come from – a story told through scents, flavors, and cherished memories.
