Ciao da Laura & Ettore!

Sorrento, scrigno di bellezza della Campania, è internazionalmente nota non solo per il fascino del mare e dei suoi panorami, ma anche per il seducente richiamo esercitato dalle eccellenze gastronomiche del territorio. A pochi passi dalla centrale Piazza Tasso c’è la casa di Laura ed Ettore. La nostra è una cucina green. Ci impegniamo ad assumere comportamenti di sostenibilità ambientale, anche in cucina: privilegiamo ingredienti con basso impatto e che viaggiano poco, dunque di provenienza locale e di stagione. Siamo sempre attenti ad evitare gli sprechi alimentari: ai nostri ospiti offriamo sempre la (graditissima) possibilità di portar via il cibo preparato insieme e non consumato!

: A fantastic Italian cooking experience with Laura and Ettore B! We learned traditional techniques and prepared some truly delicious dishes. The setting made it even more special—Laura’s kitchen belonged to her grandfather in the 1970s, adding an authentic touch.
: This was during our honeymoon and we could not have had a better experience. We both loved our time with Laura! She made what seemed like a labor intensive process very fun and enjoyable. Laura is a breath of fresh air, knowledgable and most importantly, patient! We both believe that others who do not schedule a class from her are doing themselves a huge disservice. She made us feel very welcomed in her home like we were her own family.
: We had the best experience cooking with Laura and her daughter! Welcomed with open arms and had delightful appetizers to start on the balcony. We made gnocchi that was beyond delicious and laughed and learned! If you want the best food in Sorrento then please come to the cooking class and enjoy learning from one of the very best!
