Alessandra makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. I booked a solo meal while my husband is working in Italy. The food is absolutely delicious! Alessandra gives you all the details and information about each dish and it's ingredients using regional items in season for Treviso. I will definitely visit Alessandra and her husband the next time I am in the area. The conversation was very enjoyable. I recommend this experience.
We had such a wonderful experience taking a pasta-making class with Lucia! She was so kind and patient showing us the right techniques, and the meal we made together was incredibly delicious. She and her family warmly welcomed us into their home and we had an amazing time cooking and eating and talking together. 10/10 would recommend, and we'll definitely be reaching out again the next time we are in Matera!

Me and my cousins did a cooking class to learn how to make Tiramisu and pasta from scratch. She told us a little about where the ingredients were sourced and her techniques. We had a really fun time especially mixing and cutting the pasta into shape. It was something new I had never done before and Giuliana's instructions were easy to follow. After making the pasta, Giuliana finished it off with the sauce and let us taste the results served with wine! She is a great host and teacher. We really enjoyed ourselves. My cousin said it was the highlight of her time in Milan.
My partner and I had a wonderful experience with our chef Nicolò. He was very welcoming and friendly and gave a great lesson in traditional Italian cuisine and happily catered to my request for my meal to be vegan. We highly recommend!
Paola was excellent. Great teacher, pleasant to talk to, and very nice to our young son. It was a wonderful time and a very good lesson. Looking forward to trying on my own!
We cooked with Elisa to celebrate my husband's birthday. And first, I want to say thank you to Elisa for decorating for him! And then she had small plates and aperitivos for us! Next we mad bigoli, gnocchi and tiramisu. Elisa gave us the local history while we cooked and we got to use a traditional bigoli press. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
