Every dish you'll taste at my home is homemade and full of flavor, suitable for both adults and children.
The appetizers are enhanced with pickled vegetables, prepared personally by me, and homemade jams. These are perfect to enjoy with cheeses, particularly with Parmigiano Reggiano. In this experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to cook Romagna-style piadina, a traditional stuffed fresh pasta dish, and tiramisu. I'll welcome you into my kitchen, where I'll teach you the secrets of the Emilia-Romagna culinary tradition.

Il corso è stato molto istruttivo e alla fine abbiamo gustato le eccellenti lasagne che abbiamo preparato sotto la brillante regia di Paola. Un'esperienza fa fare per chi vuole scoprire i segreti delle varie specialità Bolognesi.
- Paola was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind. We were thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and patience throughout the class. We learned many interesting skills that we will use once we get back home. Next time we visit Bologna, a must visit will be to take another class, perhaps her Grandmothers lasagna?
