Fresh pasta from Bologna with colors and flavors of nature

I am excited to host you as we prepare and enjoy together some delicious traditional Bolognese dishes: simple recipes passed down to me by my grandmothers when I was a child. Together, we will add color, transform them, and with a pinch of spice, present them in new ways, sometimes borrowing details from other regions. For me, cooking is a pleasant, almost relaxing moment: when done with friends, it’s a chance to share stories and exchange ideas; when done with a partner, it can become a playful form of courtship: kneading the eggs into the flour with strength... gently smoothing the dough... precisely slicing the roast... adding aromatic touches to the vegetables with creativity.
