Hello everyone, I am Benedetta and I will be your Cesarina for the cooking class of gnocchi alla bava revisited according to the family recipe. Together we will prepare tasty and traditional gnocchi, but with a personal touch that will make them even more special. I will teach you all my family's secrets for perfect gnocchi and the slime sauce that will make them even tastier. And to end on a sweet note, we will taste our preparations with excellent Piedmontese wine.

- Abbiamo scelto Benedetta per festeggiare l’addio al nubilato della mia cara amica Marta perché aveva le migliori recensioni. Non si sbagliavano! Accoglienza e lezione interessante, è una maestra attenta e ti permette di imparare senza rinunciare al divertimento. Non è semplice accogliere in modo così caloroso delle sconosciute, nemmeno per un secondo ci ha fatto sentire fuori luogo. Ci ha insegnato a preparare dall’impasto alla cottura i ravioli, i plin e i tajerin piemontesi, è stata una esperienza magica! Oltre ad aver imparato, ho un bellissimo ricordo del pranzo fatto tutte insieme! Se passate da Torino e volete vivere una esperienza indimenticabile, non potete non contattare Benedetta!
- I, together with my son Ishaan attended the cooking and dinner session with Benedetta. It was a lovely experience. Not only that we learned how to cook Tiramisu and Ravioli but also we exchanged so much about our cultures. The evening got more interesting with Benedetta daughter Joe and her mother. - Giornata molto interessante. Casa molto accogliente e ben organizzata x accogliere ospiti; cesarina molto preparata supportata da una mamma veramente in gamba . Mi è piaciuto tantissimo, sicuramente da ripetersi e consigliatissimo a chi piace imparare cose interessanti in cucina.
- We had a wonderful evening learning how to cook pasta and tiramisu with Benedetta. Benedetta shared her vast knowledge of Italian cooking, guiding pasta making novices like us with care and attention to detail. The true delight of this experience is the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of Benedatta’s home and family. Our time was filled with lots of laughter, delicious food accompanied by local wine and lively conversation. We cannot recommend this cooking class highly enough and feel we have left Turin with new friendships. Thanks to you Benedetta, your beautiful mum and daughter.
