In this cooking class, you will be the star: you will knead, shape, and cook with us. We will start with potato gnocchi, the famous Thursday dish in Italian tradition, which you will prepare by hand, learning the fundamental textures and techniques. We will continue with meatballs in sauce, which we will also use to dress the gnocchi, a true classic of the family table.

We will finish with a freshly prepared tiramisu, discovering the tricks and steps involved in making this beloved Italian dessert. For the vegetarian version, we will prepare gnocchi with walnut pesto, eggplant meatballs, and tiramisu.
