We had an amazing experience with Rosanna and her husband. Really kind people and we enjoyed the dinner in their amazing garden. We also got all the recipes!!

Our family had a wonderful time cooking with Rosanna! We felt like part of her family from the minute we walked in her home. We not only learned some amazing authentic Italian recipes but got to tour her family’s olive grove and see where the olive oil we used to cook our meal came from. We highly recommend Rosanna!!

What an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. Rossana and her husband, Alberto, welcomed us into their home as if we were lifelong friends.
Anyone who knows me knows that pasta is my absolute favorite food 🥰, so this experience was truly special. Rossana patiently taught us how to make several different types of pasta, showing us the techniques for shaping each one by hand. We made tagliatelle with her family’s delicious meat sauce recipe, ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, and the most amazing tiramisu.
After spending the afternoon creating all of these incredible dishes, we sat down together in their beautiful backyard and enjoyed every single bite. It felt less like a class and more like sharing a meal with family.
I highly recommend her class to anyone visiting Italy. It was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I had during our trip.

I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
