- The best cooking class with the most amazing instructor just outside of Rome! Authentic Italian cuisine, filled with flavour and love in a real Italian home. Could not recommend Christina more! She was absolutely incredible
- We had a great time with Cristina, she was very knowledgeable and happy to teach us her way of making iconic Italian food, while eating our creations it was easy to see she knew her stuff.
- Super expérience pour connaître les bonnes recettes italiennes Cristina est une hôte très sympathique et très accueillante
- Cristina was fantastic! I feel like I can make some of the classic sauces with confidence! She was a wonderful host and we loved meeting her cat!
- Cristina’s class on the four roman sauces was fantastic and she is lovely. I have taken many cooking classes over the years, several in Italy, and this was by far one of the best. Taking a private lesson was so much more enjoyable for me than being in a group of people at different levels of experience. Cristina spent time going into both the importance of ingredients and also the nuances between the preparation of the 4 sauces. I recommend coming hungry because there is a lot of food to eat! Grazie Cristina for being a wonderful host and sharing your home, olive oil, and knowledge with me. Buone Feste!

"Since my tender age I have always looked with admiration the love with which my grandmother, of Apulian origins, worked for hours in the kitchen. I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."
