The crispy farinata made from chickpea flour is an ancient Genoese culinary tradition, found in historic shops and old Genoa's fry houses. Learning to make it at home and serving it to guests means mastering the art of using humble yet quality ingredients to create a unique dish that combines taste and simplicity.

Portofino lasagna features fresh pasta, smothered in DOP Genoese pesto, and baked: it's a traditional dish that rivals haute cuisine. Finally, the Rose Cake, which won me first prize in a best cake competition: sharing this dessert with you truly means leaving a part of my personal cooking experience and tradition.

My partner and I had an amazing time with Tiziana and Roberto! We were welcomed in their home so kindly and learned so much about traditional cooking. The pasta, pesto and tiramisu were all so delicious. We had great laughs and an all around magical time. Roberto took amazing photos and videos for us! We learned to make pasta and tiramisu, and the instructions were easy to follow and the food was delicious. They sent us the photos they took, so we didn't have to worry about taking pictures and could immerse ourselves into the experience. My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted. A cuisine that transmits love as well as taste and good humor for days and days ".
