The course takes place in a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, centuries-old olive trees, and located a short walk from St. Peter's. In this peaceful and authentic setting, we will learn together how to prepare four traditional Roman desserts: fragrant wine doughnuts, the classic ricotta and sour cherry tart from the ghetto, the timeless tiramisu, and delicious maritozzi with cream.
During the lesson, each participant will be able to get their hands dirty and discover the secrets and stories behind these desserts that symbolize Rome.

- Cristina was most welcoming and informational when teaching my husband and I during our cooking class. It ended up just being the 2 of us and couldn’t have been more perfect! She explained everything patiently. Her home and environment were beautiful! We learned so much and had a blast learning three new pasta recipes!!
