Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

You’ll be able to take part in preparing every course: we’ll start with the starter, then work together to make classic Roman tonnarelli alla chitarra, using the traditional tool from which they take their name. We’ll continue with the main course and finish with tiramisu, either the classic version or a fruit-based one.

All this will be accompanied by a fine local wine and the desire to spend a pleasant time together, filled with flavours, tradition and conviviality.
