I invite you to an authentic culinary experience in which we will cook together the typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine.
To begin, we will prepare tortelloni filled with ricotta and parsley, topped with delicious melted butter and sage leaves. Next, we will make handmade and rolled tagliatelle, served with a rich Bolognese sausage ragout. Finally, we will conclude with a traditional spoon dessert: Tiramisu.
All these dishes will be prepared with wholesome ingredients and passion to offer you an authentic experience of Bolognese cuisine. You will be able to enjoy these delicacies in a cozy atmosphere, in my charming attic with the possibility of dining al fresco on

- Annamaria was a wonderful teacher and host. Her preparation was faultless, her instructions were clear and as a result we produced two great pastas and a delicious tiramisu. The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.
- Annamarie was an excellent host and superior cook. We were 2 couples who enjoy making fresh pasta and bolognese. Annamarie and her husband welcomed us into their home in Bologna and they were warm and inviting. We enjoyed dining on the tagliatelle and bolognese we prepared along with great conversation and local wines. I would strongly recommend this cooking experience.
- Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Cesarina Annamaria in ihrer Wohnung empfangen. Wir haben nach 3 lokalen Rezepten unsere Pasta bereitet. Dazu gab es Informationen zu den lokalen Besonderheiten. Annamaria hat sehr auf Hygiene geachtet. Das gemeinsame Abendessen war sehr familiär und unterhaltsam.
- We enjoyed the everning. The private atmosphere and Ana's well designed course made the evening a special event. It was not only cooking but also sitting together and talking about evering under the sun.
- We had an amazing experience with Annamaria ! Her recipes along with her patience and training were all fantastic. We felt so comfortable in her home that after our delicious dinner together we felt as if we were simply dining with good friends. Since getting home from our trip we have made our recipes on our own! Thank you for an amazing and unique experience. Oh…..And her English was appreciated also ! :)
