I invite you to an authentic culinary experience in which we will cook together the typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine.

To begin, we will prepare tortelloni filled with ricotta and parsley, topped with delicious melted butter and sage leaves. Next, we will make handmade and rolled tagliatelle, served with a rich Bolognese sausage ragout. Finally, we will conclude with a traditional spoon dessert: Tiramisu.

All these dishes will be prepared with wholesome ingredients and passion to offer you an authentic experience of Bolognese cuisine. You will be able to enjoy these delicacies in a cozy atmosphere, in my charming attic with the possibility of dining al fresco on

We had a truly wonderful evening. Annamaria and her husband are very hospitable and warm-hearted people. The food we cooked tasted fantastic, and we’re taking some great recipes home with us. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with local hosts, I highly recommend this cooking class.

They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.
