Shared Experience
Your experience
We start by preparing the dough to rise for the tigelle.
After that we prepare the filling and cut directly from the Berkel original slicer the various cold cuts and prepare the cutting boards with cold cuts and cheeses. Then we move on to prepare the fresh pasta for tagliatelle or ravioli according to the preference of the diners. In the meantime, we cannot fail to prepare Tiramisu wanting accompanied by fresh strawberries.

- We love Roberta! We had a great learning experience with her as the host of our small group pasta and tiramisu class at her very beautiful home. Her recipe was very simple yet authentic. She gave us not only the recipe but her techniques and alternative ingredients. We love everything from the dishes we made to the vibe of the background music and ambiance at the kitchen and the great company and friends we made through this booking. We made pomodoro bolognese pasta, tigelle with prosciutto and bacon, ravioli and the very yummy tiramisu. She also served us with prosecco and lambrusco wine.

Roberta
Cesarina from 2023Location: Bologna Languages: Italian, English, FrenchI love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
