    We start by preparing the dough to rise for the tigelle.

    After that we prepare the filling and cut directly from the Berkel original slicer the various cold cuts and prepare the cutting boards with cold cuts and cheeses. Then we move on to prepare the fresh pasta for tagliatelle or ravioli according to the preference of the diners. In the meantime, we cannot fail to prepare Tiramisu wanting accompanied by fresh strawberries.

    We had a wonderful and relaxing Saturday afternoon in Roberta’s beautiful home. Her Kitchen was well appointed and impeccably organized. She began by offering us a small apertivo and then the class began. Roberta was patient and thoughtful in her approach to teaching us our recipes. We will be back to Bologna again hope to see Roberta. Highly recommend her.

    The evening we spent at our Cesarine's (Roberta's) home kitchen was wonderful. Roberta was warm and welcoming. Her kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed the appetizers and wine. The pasta lesson was a fun experience and produced the most tender and flavorful pasta dishes. It was a night full of conversation and food. The best part about it was the home environment.
