My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

The time spent with Enrico was great. During the walk through the market we learnt a lot about local products. The menu we cooked together was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely lunch on the balcony.

This was my first time in Italy and I was looking forward to taking a cooking class. This is not just a cooking class, it is an amazing, wonderful experience. Enrico and his wife Christina are lovely people who made you feel welcomed in their home. Enrico is hilarious, energetic, and made this a wonderful memory. He made learning how to make Osobucco con risotto, and tiramisu dessert easy and fun. I will not forget his comment when I asked how much butter? He would say with a big smile “as much as you want”. He is an excellent teacher, detailed and never rushed us. We were provided with the recipes and a gift of learning the art of Milanese cuisine. The food was delicious, after cooking we all sat together at the end to eat and drink.

This course was an amazing experience. Enrico is a talented chef and a skillful teacher. I learned a lot about risotto and cooking in general. What I take home will make my life better and I will always think of Milan. The strawberry risotto was an entirely new experience for me. I’ve never had a dish like that before, and Enrico helped me think about how the technique is generalizable to other kinds of fruit. In addition to an enjoyable time cooking, I also liked chatting with Enrico and Christina. They are lovely people and their home was comfortable and warm.
