I am a 25-year-old Italian woman, raised among the authentic aromas and flavors of Sorrento’s culinary tradition. From a very young age, I have been immersed in the world of cooking and homemade preserves thanks to my family: my father runs a historic butcher shop in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, where he has long been selecting high-quality products and passionately preserving the recipes and traditions of the region.I have always spent my time between the kitchen and the shop, learning the secrets of artisanal preparation, homemade preserves, and true Mediterranean cuisine. This daily experience has nurtured in me a deep connection with local traditions and gastronomic culture.Today, my dream is to share and pass on these roots through authentic and convivial experiences, making every guest feel like part of my family.
