Hi from Rocco e Carla!

We are in Praiano, an enchanted village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to create dishes that reflect tradition and authenticity.Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves. "Following family recipes and passing them on to our guests is our goal!"

: This Cooking Class was absolutely perfect. Karla is incredible. I am so impressed with her knowledge. What a blessing she is I wish I had someone like her to learn from on a daily basis. The food we prepared was simple local, and something I feel I could easily make it home for my family. Rocco is wonderful and I loved hearing about how he pressed grapes for wine as well as the process of making olive oil everything done on his land. I cannot recommend them enough for a simple, small intimate, Cooking Class and feeling as though you are really part of the local community. If you're looking for a class to learn a little bit about Italian cooking, this is the place!
: Rocco and Carla were excellent host. They welcomed us into their home with warmth and patience as we maneuvered our way through the process of pasta making. Carla makes it seem so effortless and the cooking space on the patio was beautiful. It was an amazing experience!

: I could not recommend Rocco and Carla’s cooking class any higher to any guest wanting a TRULY authentic cooking experience on the Amalfi Coast. This experience is truly farm to table with Rocco and Carla growing everything that we ate in either their backyard or receiving the ingredients from local friends. The group will never be more than six people, which also leads to this authentic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and you taste three wines locally made, as well. Once again, I could not recommend this experience any more highly to anyone wanting a fantastic, authentic cooking experience.
