We are in Praiano, an enchanted village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to create dishes that reflect tradition and authenticity.Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves. "Following family recipes and passing them on to our guests is our goal!"

: Definitely a highlight of our visit to the Amalfi Coast for our family of 6! Rocco & Carla were fabulous!! We learned so much, and cooked the best meal with the freshest ingredients! Highly recommend!!
: This was the best food in Italy. Rocco and Carla were some of the nicest people I ever met. The food was amazing as well. The appetizers were amazing. The fresh pasta was the best pasta I ever had. The desert was great and very unique. Rocco and Clara had awesome stories and were so easy to talk to. They are amazing teachers and we learned a lot. I will definitely try to make these recipes again at home. The atmosphere outside on the patio was amazing and very pretty. I have no complaints, and it was worth every single cent.

: This Cooking Class was absolutely perfect. Karla is incredible. I am so impressed with her knowledge. What a blessing she is I wish I had someone like her to learn from on a daily basis. The food we prepared was simple local, and something I feel I could easily make it home for my family. Rocco is wonderful and I loved hearing about how he pressed grapes for wine as well as the process of making olive oil everything done on his land. I cannot recommend them enough for a simple, small intimate, Cooking Class and feeling as though you are really part of the local community. If you're looking for a class to learn a little bit about Italian cooking, this is the place!
: Rocco and Carla were excellent host. They welcomed us into their home with warmth and patience as we maneuvered our way through the process of pasta making. Carla makes it seem so effortless and the cooking space on the patio was beautiful. It was an amazing experience!
