This extraordinary experience, with breathtaking views of Bologna’s towers and the rooftops of ancient houses, will take place over 3 hours. We’ll start with an aperitif and introductions before diving into a fresh pasta-making lesson. Together, we’ll prepare homemade tagliatelle and the raviolo with a molten yolk, a gourmet recipe known to few. We’ll finish with a tiramisu assembled on the spot. Everything will be accompanied by homemade bread and local wine.
