What can I say, a fantastic experience. Maurizio is a wonderful person, from the beginning he made us feel at home, welcoming us into his marvelous home! Between laughs and a few anecdotes here and there, he revealed and showed us the secrets to making proper homemade pasta; the sauces he prepared were DIVINE! My sister Giulia, my mother Paola, and I thank him very much again for the fantastic experience he gave us!

It was a fantastic experience! We asked to organize a small cooking challenge between coworkers. Maurizio welcomed us into his delightful home, immediately made us feel comfortable, the atmosphere was fun and familiar… and after a generous aperitivo (all homemade) accompanied by excellent sparkling wine, we “got our hands dirty.” Maurizio guided us through this experience, telling us about the origins and giving us tips for rolling out the pasta perfectly… and once finished, we cooked and savored our creations, continuing to toast. The winner was declared (awarded with a very original gadget) and we also tasted a cake whose secret recipe is part of Maurizio’s family heritage – we can only say that it was truly amazing. The day was truly enjoyable. It was exactly what we needed: hospitality, sharing, and fun. An experience to recommend and repeat!
