I wonderful pasta cooking experience. I learnt a lot.

A wonderful afternoon spent with Marta learning how to make tortellini and about all the different foods of the region.

We loved our pasta making lesson with Andrea and Marta. It was more than a lesson. We learned how to make pasta by hand and then made raviolo with soft egg and ricotta filling and tagliatelle with a garlic mushroom sauce. We also made tiramisu the proper Italian way. We all sat down and ate our recipes together like an Italian family! Cooking with Marta and Andrea’s in their home was very special. We would recommend anyone to come and join such an experience. We feel so lucky.
