I look forward to welcoming you to my home, cozy and bright, just a stone's throw from the Prada Foundation. I want to share with you my passion for cooking and table setting: I adore paying attention to every detail of the table and place great importance on the quality of food, its cooking, and the regional origin of the products that I select from the local farmers' markets in my city. I was raised on the flavors of family recipes, authentic and full of anecdotes linked to a Milan waiting to be rediscovered. Together we will learn how to prepare the classic Milanese risotto and savor other traditional dishes. I can't wait to welcome you in my corner of Milan, where you'll have the chance to experience the authentic spirit of our city through its iconic dishes.

- In una bellissima casa, dalla quale è possibile scorgere sia la Fondazione Prada sia i grattacieli della città in lontananza, Sissi accoglie con grande ospitalità e l’esperienza culinaria è davvero autentica e quasi professionale allo stesso tempo. Sicuramente un’ottima idea per un momento dedicato al cibo e alla cucina tradizionale delle nostre zone, o per un regalo che sarà graditissimo!
- Una vera gemma nascosta, una location con vista sui tetti di Milano. Da Sissi troverai un’atmosfera accogliente e calorosa come una vera padrona di casa sa essere e soprattutto avrai modo di gustare le vere specialità lombarde come l’ossobuco con risotto giallo e tante altre prelibatezze.
- A casa di Sissi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevo prenotato la serata per il compleanno di mio marito per lui era una sorpresa. Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio a partire dalla telefonata conoscitiva che ho avuto con Sissi durante la quale le ho chiesto di cenare insieme a noi. E' stato tutto bello, spontaneo, naturale abbiamo anche ricevuto qualche consiglio durante la preparazione della cena. Piatti ottimi!
- Ho ricevuto dai colleghi un magnifico regalo: una lezione di cucina con Sissi, una Cesarina D O.C. La portata principale, i Pizzoccheri Valtellinesi. Sissi, in una bellissima cucina accogliente, mi ha messo subito a mio agio, con un approccio aperto e informale. Mi ha instradato alla ricetta partendo da zero, come da mia richiesta, lasciandomi autonomia e controllando le mie mosse. Si impara solo facendo. Tutti i passaggi ci hanno fatto approdare ad un ottimo risultato finale, aggiungendo la preparazione di un antipasto di involtini di bresaola, caprino, rucola e noci. Il tutto annaffiato da un buon vino Valtellinese. Come dessert una sbrisolona preparata da lei la mattina (mi ha cmq passato la ricetta). Il pranzo ha coronato questa fantastica esperienza tra chiacchiere sulle reciproche vite. Esperienza che consiglio? Al 100%!!! Grazie Sissi! A presto e buona cucina!

She welcomes her guests in her house immersed in the tranquility of the Morivione district, a few steps from the Fondazione Prada, an important exhibition and museum space in Milan, where "it almost seems to live in the countryside, even if we are in the city."
